Formalized Representation of EGP Process Based on Multi-Agent

Based on Agent theories, this paper extract the basic elements of e-government procurement process, map the process participants to different Agents and using the finite automata theory, conduct formalized representation on concurrent tasks and interaction between MultiAgents.
