Study of Offensive and Defensive Skills in Martial Arts Education
This article analyses the martial arts education whose history background and realistic situation analysis are missing and points out that martial arts education objectives bases on the students main demand on self-defense. The article analyses the learning situation of students in martial arts, finding out the martial arts teaching problems. By researching and investigating the martial arts content, it points out that martial arts education contents needs to include more fighting action in order to stimulate the students motivation of practicing martial arts and focus on offensive and defensive skills with new martial arts fighting content. In this way, the essential parts of martial arts education will be remained.
