Analysis of the Use and Teaching and Training of the Footwork in Tennis Sport
The footwork is one of the most important parts of the basic tennis skills, and the foundation to master and use the technology. In order to make students better master the basic skills during teaching and training, the technical footwork has been analyzed in this paper, and mentioned the issues should be noted while the footwork is used in the game as well as the main points, methods, and suggestions of its teaching and training, hoping that it can be contributive to Tennis teaching and training.
