Analysis on the Management System of High-leveled Sports Teams of Colleges in China——Based on the Survey Peking University
This paper makes an analysis of the management system of high-leveled sports teams of colleges in China and a thorough inquiry of training, contest and courses of high-leveled sports teams in colleges by means of literature investigation, interview and site visits and based on the case of of high-leveled sports teams in Beijing University. Results show that there are a lot of imperfect aspects that need to be improved in the management system of high-leveled sports teams of colleges in China. There is a great blank of supervising athletes real condition of training, contests and course studying after they have entered colleges. And one of the most prominent contradictions is the conflict between study and training, which has a great impact on the quality and effect of training.
