Analysis on the Importance of Psychological Factors in the Selection of Juvenile Table Tennis Talents
With the development of athletics technology and the theoretical standard, talent selection, training and management in a scientific way have become the three major factors that effect the development of athletics. Talent selection, being the first step, is extremely important. Considering the features of table tennis and the law of the physical and mental developments of the youngsters, this essay aims at discussing the importance of psychological factors in the initial selection of table tennis talents.
