Investigate the status quo of high level table tennis teams in colleges and universities in Hubei Province from the prospective of athlete, administration, funds, facilities, team building mode etc. by using the method of documentation, expert interviewing, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and so on. Aim to give some suggestions to and provide necessary theoretical support for the development of high level table tennis teams in colleges and universities in Hubei Province or even in the whole country.
