A Study on Personnel Training of Competitive Wushu in Colleges and Universities in Guangxi
This paper, based on the investigations of Wushu Contest of the 7th Guangxi University Games, points out that phenomena such as less participators, gender asymmetry, polarizing of scores exist in the contest. It tries to explore the factors hindering the personnel training in Guangxi Colleges and Universities. They include: improper college entrance institution of sports, slow growth of high-level training team, less communication between colleges, lacking of scientific training and incorrect training program. Thus, a reasonable suggestion is put forward to the personnel training of Competitive Wushu in Colleges and Universities in Guangxi.
