Research into Psychological Intervention of Sports Game Activities with Stay-at-Home Children
Purpose: study psychological adjustment effect of sports game activities on stay-at-home children and provide a scientific basis for using sports game activities as an approach of psychological intervention with stay-at-home children. Method: select 240 stay-at-home children from 2 schools in Guangan area and conduct 100-days experimental invention of sports game activities (not less than 45 minutes each day). Before and after the experiment, a questionnaire survey shall be made with the scale of Mental Health Test (MHT). Result: intervention of sports game factors has a fuller effect on mitigating anxiety and loneliness of stay-at-home children. On the whole, psychological adjustment effect of sports games on primary school students is better than that on junior high school students and experiment effect on girl students is more obvious than that on boy students. Conclusion: with comparatively obvious effect on psychological adjustment, sports game activities can be used as a psychological intervention approach for students.
