Status Quo and the Future Research Orientation on P.E. Teachers Speciality Development and Growth
Currently, our research on P.E. teachers speciality development and growth is staying at the phrase of beginning. Though there are a lot of research achievements, they are mainly experience and summary with the support of pedagogical theories instead of speciality awareness beneath physical education. It will be P.E. teachers endeavoring orientation to strengthen research on students, teacher culture and P.E. teachers scientific training. In the future, we must recognize that P.E. teachers speciality development and growth is a dynamic process and will be limited by outward environment. So P.E. teachers development demand should be combined with their occupational demand to carry out their developmental evaluation.
