On Relationship Between Evaluation System and Professional Development of College P.E. Teacher

摘要：

Based on related HR theory and the summary of P.E. teachers professional development, this article analyzed the relationship between evaluation system and professional development of college P.E. teacher, and further showed the shortages of evaluation system in College teachers professional development. How to overcome and reform the traditional system? The perfect evaluation system should possess the following characteristics: 1. procedural evaluation content; 2. quality-reflected index; 3. different stages have different standards; 4. rational weight index.
