On the Conception and Theories Exploration of the School-based Education of RE. Teacher
The conventional P.E. teachers education, apart from their teaching practice, is not suitable for the requirement of development for different schools any more. Aiming at the current school-based curriculum reform, in this paper, the author will put forward the concept of school-based education of P.E. teachers, namely, P.E. teachers, on the basis of participating in the school-based curriculum, by the means of self-study, observing, experts guidance, teaching research, and exchange experience, to realize self-improvement of P.E. teachers. Comparing with the traditional ways, with an obviously better teaching effect, school-based education is more suitable for the schools situation, time and labor saving, easier and more convenient to operate.
