Research on University Teachers Fitness Awareness and Behaviors Increased by the Club System
By using research methods such as questionnaire, investigation, and data statistics etc, regarding the teachers attending club activities as the research object, this article carried out a longitudinal comparative study on before and after circumstance of teachers activities when each single-function club has established. The research result shows that club establishing promoted and overcame the subjective factor lazy which prevents teachers from attending exercise; establishing various single-function clubs is a determinant that attracts more and more teachers to actively join the clubs activities. Fixed times, standard methods, strong and active atmosphere for exercise are the greatest attractions for the university teachers.
