Analysis and Research on the Evaluating System of the Teaching Technique of College Young P.E. Teachers
Through the analysis on the evaluating results of teaching technique of young P.E. teachers in 56 colleges, this paper tends to learn about the standard of the teachers teaching technique and find out the advantages and disadvantages. To establish the evaluating system is another aim of the paper based on the results and experts judgmental the end of the paper, the author put forward many countermeasures for the young P.E. teachers to develop and this can be a basis for drawing up policies to improve the standard of the teaching technique of college young P.E. teachers.
