Perspective of the Scientific Development Concept in the Domain of School Track and Field Sports Meeting
The soul of education can be concluded in a word, namely civilize ones spirit, strengthen ones body as said by Liang Qichao, however, school education is moving towards the direction of degrade ones body. However, school sports meeting, as the important carrier of strengthen ones body, became a weak point in education. Literature method, investigation and visit method and scientific outlook on development are used to examine problems in school sports meeting, and to discuss how to implement the scientific outlook on development in school sports meeting. Sports interest and demand of the majority of students can be met and sports meetings can truly become the festival of students sports only by using scientific outlook on development as the guidance and firmly establishing new concepts such as health first, quality education and life-time education in organization and implementation of sports meetings as well as substantially transforming outdated project settings.
