Quantitative measurement of bactericide mixtures by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy
It is meaningful to detect the component and content in bactericide mixtures. In this paper,we using Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) analyzed contents of five binary bactericide mixtures of thiabendazole and carbendazim. We obtained THz spectra of pure thiabendazole,carbendazim and their mixtures. The spectra of pure samples were set as standard spectra. The mixtures spectra were quantitatively analyzed by linear regression to identify their relative content in the mixtures with relative error less than 5.5%. The sources of the relative error were discussed. The results demonstrate that it is promising and efficient to quantitatively detect the component and contents of mixtures by THz-TDS.
