A kind of Streaming Media QoS Control Mechanism in Video Surveillance

摘要：

At present,with the rapid development of streaming media technology,using streaming media to realize remote video surveillance is becoming a trend. However,the Internet Best-Effort service model can not provide stable and reliable bandwidth for the streaming media. Therefore,lack of QoS (Quality of Service) in the Internet restricts the streaming media application. In this thesis,a kind of QoS control mechanisms,based on TRFC,is proposed. Finally,the QoS control mechanisms are tested in a video surveillance application,and the test result shows that the QoS control mechanisms are effective.
