Technological protection measures and Internet Service Provider Copyright Infringement

摘要：

Technology protection measures are preventive methods in technology adopted by the copyright holders to prevent others illegal use on their copyright works. And some Internet service providers specificity designed facilities or services of cracking technical measures for the purpose of profit or show off,which constitutes copyright infringement. But there is some suspicion that the interpretation of the relevant judicial gives over-protection to technological protection measures,which should be corrected.
