The Detecting System of Tip Clearance

摘要：

In recent years,noncontact measuring technique of optical image has been used more and more widely. This issue,which is based on the development of optical image detecting technology and auto-focusing technology,carried out feasibility study on tip clearance measurement of certain aero-engine assembly process. Experiment indicates that the system has characteristics of high precision and fast autofocusing. The measurement precision of tip clearance reaches 0.03mm.
