A Study on Water Quality Model of Raw Water Distribution System

Water constitutes a strategic resource for human survival and development;raw water system is a must for social stability and development. Based on water quality transport basic equation and features of raw water distribution system,the paper improved the fully mixed water quality model,making it suitable for complicated raw water distribution system. Differential method was also used to obtain solution to the improved model which has been applied in Shenzhen raw water distribution system. It was found that the improved fully mixed water quality model is faster in solution and better in simulation effect. It is applicable in water quality simulation of raw water distribution system.
