Application of Profibus Field Bus in Valve Control System

摘要：

Field bus is an open,digital and multi-point bottom layer communication network,among which PROFIBUS is taken for one of the most promising field bus because of its high reliability,high real-time performance and good flexibility. In this paper,Protocol structure of PROFIBUS and a valve control system based on PROFIBUS field bus are introduced;the advantages of the PROFIBUS is specified in details;the master station and the slave station of the system are designed according to the requirement of the PROFTBUS protocol and a bus bridge is used to connect them;the function and their reliability of the system are largely improved by the application of the PROFIBUS field bus.
