The Discussion of Model-Press Materials in Application for Medical Gamma Knifes Exterior Facture

摘要：

The medical Gamma knife using with resin-based composite materials has been widely popular among the major medical institutions,owing to its low density,high strength,and low cost. However,for its relatively complex structure,large size and difficult production,the exterior making of Gamma knife using with resin-based composite materials is mainly on hand-paste molding. It is a kind of way of low dimension precision and production efficiency. In our experiment,using low-pressure molding fiber reinforced sheet material,the molding way can achieve in appropriate temperature,low pressure molding conditions and relatively simple equipment,which is a kind of good technique for such a complex structure,large-sized Gamma knifes exterior facture.
