Design of Production Management System of Heat Treatment Based on RFID

摘要：

Heat treatment is an important part of the manufacturing industry. With the development of productivity,the enterprise put forward new demands in real-time production data collection,production information traceability and savings production resources and other aspects. The reliable and realtime data are supported by RFID technology which is an advanced means for data collection and acquisition in manufacturing execution system. For Characteristics of heat treatment,this paper designed a RFID-based production management system. The system effectively improved the automation level of heat treatment industry.
