A Design of Heat Treatment Temperature Control System Based on Fuzzy Algorithm

According to large delay,time-varying,nonlinear characteristics that possessed by the temperature control process for heat treatment furnace,fuzzy algorithm is applied to the heat treatment in this paper. Two-way data communication between the computer and the thermostat is achieved through RS485 bus,while achieving the real-time temperature data acquisition,optimal control for heat treatment furnace is achieved through the fuzzy algorithm,in line with the temperature requirements of the work piece under heat treatment.
