Modeling and Optimization of OLED Manufacturing Process

摘要：

OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) has many excellent features and is widely used as a new style light. The structure and light-emitting principles of OLED is introduced. The manufacturing process of OLED is displayed in flash and simulated with software of ExtendSim. The production throughput and cycle time are discussed and the duration of preventive maintenance is optimized with the aim of fmocting the production requirement.
