Simulation of Single-target Three-dimensional Positioning Based on Multi-channel Ultra Wideband Life Detection Radar
We propose three antenna array structures on the platform of a multi-channel ultra wideband (UWB) radar that can detect individual human objects and conduct three-dimensional positioning. The corresponding mathematical models are established. The feasibility of using the multi-channel UWB life detection radar in the three-dimensional positioning of a single target and the accuracy of the mathematical models are verified by computer simulation. The influence of parameters, such as the distances between antennas and the effective digits of the data,on the valid formulation of detection range is discussed. This work can serve as reference for the design and development of a life detection system that can achieve three-dimensional positioning.
