Study of Image Processing Automatic Detection Haemagglutinin Content Algorithm

摘要：

The key to single radial immune diffusion method in measuring haemagglutinin content is the determination of proliferation ring diameters. A new method is proposed in this article: First of all,proceed the preprocessing and edge detection to the diffusion ring image,then obtain diffusion ring precise diameters by means of the sub-pixel level Hough Transform ring detection ,finally,calculate thehaemaggiutinin content of bainplc soliuicn according to equation of mear regression of standard solution concentration. Experiment show that precision of diffusion ring sub-pixel is up to 0.1 pixel,haemagglutinin content precision is up to 2μg/ml,relevant parameter R2>0.99,coefficient of variation is less than 1％ and high stability,meet the practical measurement requirements.
