use Helvetica (Arial) Bauxite Flotation Production Conditions Classification with CLBP
Bauxite flotation production condition is difficult to be classified by the naked eyes of the human beings,consequently it is hard to maintain an optimal flotation production conditions. However,the flotation froth displays various texture states because of the complex and fluctuating flotation working conditions,which reflects the change of production conditions generally. Hence,the flotation production can be evaluated by the froth surface. To identify the complex flotation conditions and keep the bauxite flotation production conditions staying in the optimal working condition,the froth image based flotation conditions classification method is presented in this paper. An effective method to extract the forth image texture features based on CLBP (Completed local binary pattern) operator is introduced,which leads to the recognition of flotation working condition successively. The experiment results demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed CLBP operator in bauxite flotation conditions classification and recognition.
