Intellective Matched Project Preliminary Review Based on Associated Rule
Fund projects review is a very important work in fund management. This paper presents a intelligent matched model used in fund projects requisition preliminary review which is based on associated rule analysis. The model utilizes multi-layered,multidimensional,constrained association rules to aggregate similar projects. An application has been built on a three-tiered architecture that validates data at server side,separates data persistence layer from application layer. Last,a information prototype system is building to validate the model. Practice shows that it can eliminate some major uncertain factors and accomplish project preliminary review in high efficiency.
