TDD WMNs Experimental Prototype Equipment and Experimental Platform Based on Cross-layer Design

WMNs have many advantages such as wide coverage,high reliability,self-configuring,self-healing,high efficiency,etc. It is more suitable for covering large open areas than the traditional last mile access technology. WMNs can be divided into asynchronous WMNs and synchronous WMNs (TDD WMNs or TDMA WMNs) according to synchronization way. Compared with the asynchronous WMNs,TDD WMNs have the advantages of small collision rate,better to solve the hidden terminal and exposure terminal,high resource utilization. Currently the research and exploration space of TDD product is so large that we developed a TDD WMNs experimental prototype equipment and experimental platform to lay the foundation for future research and development.
