UAV Flight Performance Optimization Based on Restart PRP Conjugate Gradient Method
In order to avoid settling high dimensional twopoint-boundary-value model and solve that the value of time integral variable is no longer equal after the iterative calculations,the energy as a new integral variable instead of time is introduced into the performance optimization. Energy-state method is proposed to dynamically optimize the vertical flight profile. We put forward restart PRP conjugate gradient method to solve the non-quadratic objective function,which is a nonlinear programming problem transformed by energy-state optimization model. Finally,we present a numerical example of a UAV model. Numerical simulation results show that compared with PRP method,the restart PRP method saves fuel by 6.76%,and the flight time of optimal flight vertical profile shortens 6.71%.
