Discussing on Construction of Intellectual Property Protection Systemin Small and Medium Enterprises of China

摘要：

Intellectual Property Protection plays an important role in enhancing market competitiveness, realizing industry structure optimization and upgrading, changing development mode for small and medium enterprises. However, nowadays there are many problems in small and medium enterprises intelletual property protection. This paper will apply empirical analysis to analyse problems existing in small and medium enterprises intellectual property protection. At the same time, it puts forward to construct intellectual property protection system in which small and medium enterprises are as leading, government and related departments will participate in, intermediary mechanism will assist.
