The Study of the Development Science & Technology SMEs in Guangdong Province
As the most potential and energetic part of Guangdong economy, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have been badly affected by great challenges and pressure from both home and aboard. So, its imperative to develop science & technology small and medium enterprises (S&T SMEs) by means of adjusting and upgrading the industrial structure. This paper tries to research and analyze the policy environment and financing situation for these S&T SMEs in Guangdong province, and finds ways to help the government guide and aid SMEs development effectively, to encourage the SMEs to improve their technology creativity and transform their technology achievements into practical applications, so that the SMEs can enhance their own core competitiveness.
