Game Analysis About Trade Association in Dealing with TBT

摘要：

According to the relevant theories of game and economics and basing on the classic case, this paper analyses the game actions of trade association answering the TBT. The outcome of game analysis indicates that the cooperation between trade association and government is the sub-game perfect Nash equilibrium in mutual unlimited repeated game, and the game between trade association and the countries which institutes TBT is a dynamic circulation of constituting TBT—Technological breakthrough—constituting TBT again—Technological breakthrough again, thus the best choice of trade association dealing with TBT is to supervise and urge its members to actualize technology innovation.
