The Study of External Key Factors of Enterprises Strategic Transformation from OEM to the IBM
According to the theory of smiling curve, and the fulfillment of OEM enterprises, OEM enterprises, carrying on a strategic transformation toward the ODM enterprises, OBM enterprises is a trend, which factors are key factors in the strategic transformation? The author thinks that they should be divided into two types, they are external factor and inner factor. The external factors include: 1. The wage changes, 2. The policy of government, 3. The action of medium, 4. The consumers pressure, 5. The variation of exchange rate, 6. The action of revenue policy; the inner factors include: 1. Brand consciousness, 2. Develop capability, 3. Marketing capability, 4. The impact of the shareholders, 5. Creative capability, 6. Adventurous spirit.
