A Study on the Construction of Financing System of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Jiangxi Province of China
Financing difficulty is always a problem facing Chinas small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and it is being more serious by the global financial crisis. According to Jiangxi province of China, the paper discusses the reasons of financing difficulty of SMEs. And based on normative analysis, the author gives measures for the construction of financing system of SMEs. An important conclusion is that governments should play active pooling roles in regulating, monitoring and guiding the operation of SMEs and the improvement of credit system, capital markets, and social intermediary organizations, integrate social resources, open financing channels, and promote the construction of financing system.
