Research on the Incentive Mechanism of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Employees

摘要：

To establish effective incentive mechanism is the important measures that promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This paper, firstly, points the main problems existing in present SMEs employee incentive mechanism, then analyzes the reasons of causing these problems, finally puts forward several countermeasures to improvement and innovation of SMEs employees incentive mechanism.
