The Core Reserve Talents Training Model of High-tech SME
High-tech SME is the main force of Chinese independent innovation system, characteristics and scale of its own decides that the most important factor affecting enterprise development is the human factor. This article builds the SME core reserve talents training model, systematically introduces the model specific operating procedures describing the composition, characteristics, and its effects, that is, by determining the training system of the core, and build a basic point, strengthen the two pillars, with the help of a platform, constructing core talent cultivation mode of a solid and effective.
