A Study of the Employee Engagement of Colliery Enterprise
It is said that the employee engagement is an important index of enterprise performance. Although there were some studies about employee engagement, they were concentrated on job accidie and stress, and the studies of demission rate were few. In addition, most samples of existing studies were teachers, doctors and policemen. The studies about colliery enterprises were few, too. However, China is a big country that produces very much coal every year. The colliery industry is very important in Chinese economic structure and there are many colliery enterprises in China. Hence, this paper made a study of the employee engagement of colliery enterprise to improve the performance of colliery enterprise.
