Labor relations as a hot social problem, caused the height pay close attention of Party and government, how to effectively guide the operation of labor relations, it is difference with spontaneous adjustment pattern of the western mature market economy national labor relations, we advocate the mode of labor relations government regulation, this is our current industrial structure development stage which adapted to social harmony and stability, but also a necessary means for the development, in my paper will carry on the discussion.
