The Analysis of the Factors in Affecting Township and Village Enterprises Performances in China
Great changes have taken place in China in the last thirty years. China vaulted into the No. 2 spot in the global economic rankings. The expansion of Chinas Township and Village Enterprises (TVEs) is the unique feature and norm in Chinese economic development. The development of TVE has directly impacted on quality and stability of Chinas economy. There are some problems in the development of TVE, which affected seriously the development of TVE. What stimulated the development of TVE and what hindered? Based on the authoritative data in 2009 by econometric Eviews3.0 software analysis, the paper analyzes the factors that influenced the development of TVE, concluding that the scale of fixed assets is proportional to business performances, the number of enterprise workers also affects the performance of enterprises, and the level of productivity determines enterprise performance.
