Low carbon city, as the sustainable development model of 21st century, has become a common pursuant goal of many developed countries and developing countries. At present, the domestic competition in respect of low carbon cities construction is getting fierce; each city is pushing for low carbon cities construction to build a new competitive advantage, and striving for development commanding heights.
