These enterprises have the characteristics of chain, there are many difficulties to build self-distribution centers, lack of funding, lack of technology, and it has great obstacles to the development of enterprises. Within the region of Economic zone in the city, the organization of small and medium chain enterprises to achieve a common distribution, it can reduce the logistics operating costs, improve enterprise management level, promotes our country physical distribution industry specialization and the integrated development.
