Discussion on the Social Responsibility of Real Estate Enterprises in Achieving the Goal that Home to Live in

摘要：

Listed the performances of its lack and reason by analyzing the social responsibility of real estate enterprises. Based on this, the paper puts forward to countermeasures to strengthen the social responsibility of Chinese real estate enterprises in achieving the goal that home to live in, including improving the internal mechanism construction of real estate enterprise practicing social responsibility, strengthening the responsibility of the social responsibility of real estate enterprise, assisting the government to build multilayered housing supply system, establishing the driving; mechanism of the real estate enterprise bearing the social responsibility and setting up the evaluation system of the social responsibility of the enterprise in achieving the goal that home to live in. This will have important significance to the real estate enterprise high quality development in the situation of complex real estate market.
