The Research on Evaluation Methods of Chinese Science &Technology Project Approval

摘要：

This article introduces briefly the development history of Chinese science & technology evaluation, collecting systematically some research achievements by Chinese scholars on evaluation methods of science & technology project approval from the four aspects: subjective of qualitative evaluation method, objective quantitative evaluation method, integrated application of evaluation method, comparative study of evaluation methods, proposing that evaluation methods of science & technology project approval should develop towards systematic, overall, comprehensive evaluation direction, with combination of qualitative and quantitative, or combination of multi math tools, providing decision-making reference for other scholars to choose research direction.
