The Study of Dynamic Stakeholder Management in Sustainable Construction Project
Sustainable construction project not only concerned about the completion of project, but also concerned about economy, society and environment and other aspects of sustainable development in the whole life cycle of project. At the same time, there are many stakeholders in the sustainable construction project and every stakeholder is not static in different stage. Hence, stakeholder management in sustainable construction project should from dynamic and life cycle perspective. By adopting dynamic and life cycle perspective, we put forward dynamic stakeholder identification, dynamic influence analysis and dynamic performance management in sustainable construction project. Ultimately, we advanced an integrated stakeholder management process which is more effectively to manage stakeholders in sustainable construction project.
