Based on BP-ANNs SMEs of Science and Technology Growth Measure Research

Reviewing the growth of SMEs of science and technology research results and on this basis, this paper builds the measure index system and back propagation artificial neural network (BPANN) evaluation model for science and technology SMEs growth of Lanzhou. With 30 companies in local High-tech Industry Park and of university science and Technology Park as the sample, it designs three layers of the BP neural network model of the reasonable parameters in Matlab7.0, then train model using the training sample. Finally input the evaluation of samples to model, to get evaluation distribution of SMEs growth, and examine the conclusion through surveys and observation. According to the results of testing, the enterprises growth distribution is in a normal conditions, general is most, the followed is poor and good. The result is consistent with real data.
