How to promote the graduate employment is a great issue concerning the sustainable, healthy and coordinate development of higher education. In this paper, in-depth analysis of the status of university employment guidance and problems, that the employment of university information technology plays a vital role in guiding the work. Colleges need to establish a network of career guidance teachers, build employment information websites, and establish online service system of career guidance, Focus on guidance and interaction. Continuously improve the Information technology to promote the development of students employment guide.
