Analysis on the Project Finance of Wind Power CDM

摘要：

Based on the necessity research of financing model about the wind power CDM (clean development mechanisms) project, the paper proposed that financing model about CDM project can use Product Payment mode, Leverage Lease mode or the Asset-Backed-Securities model for financing. Finally on the financing model of risk analysis and put forward a reasonable allocation of risk and strict management is the key to the success of the project.
