Constraints and Countermeasures Research of Developing Circular Economy in Rural Areas

摘要：

Circular economy is an economic growth model that fits the development idea of low-carbon economy, and it centers on the efficient and circular use of resources. In order to solve the abuse of traditional model of economic development in rural areas and achieve the sustainable development of rural economy, China must strive to develop the circular economy in rural areas. At present there are still many constraints in developing rural circular economy in China, a number of related policies and measures must be taken to promote the sustained and healthy development of circular economy in rural areas.
