Study of the Self-Perfection of Chinas Law System Based on Low Carbon Concept

摘要：

Low-carbon economy requires sound legal system as a powerful protection. This paper analyzes the shortcomings about Chinese legal system of lowcarbon economy. These deficiencies include that the legal system of low-carbon economy is not perfect, and the effectiveness and guidance of the existing low-carbon economic law is weak. Accordingly, the proposal about perfecting Chinese legal system of low-carbon economy has been put forward, including the establishment of a complete legal system of low-carbon economy, the perfection of incentive and monitoring mechanisms of low-carbon economic development and the building of a good social environment.
